How It Works
The MaxiFirm Pro is an electric vacuum erection device (VED). It creates negative air pressure inside the cylinder, drawing blood into the erectile tissue to produce a firm, natural erection. The electric motor automates suction, giving you precise pressure control at the touch of a button.
What's in the Box
| Item | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Acrylic cylinder / tube | Fits over the penis to create the vacuum chamber |
| Electric pump unit | Motorized suction control — attaches to the cylinder |
| Silicone seal / gasket | Creates an airtight seal against the body |
| Constriction rings (1–3 sizes) | Placed at the base of the penis after pumping to maintain erection |
| USB charging cable | Recharges the electric pump unit |
Before First Use
Charge the Device
Connect via USB and charge for 1–2 hours until the indicator light turns solid. Never use while charging.
Clean All Parts
Wash the cylinder, seal, and rings with warm water and mild antibacterial soap. Rinse well and air dry completely.
Learn the Controls
- Power — turns the device on and off; pressing it during use also releases pressure
- Top suction control — press and hold to set suction, single-click to start pulsing, or double-click to release pressure
- + / − — cycles between preset pressure levels; use these only when you want to adjust beyond your manually set level
- Rainbow indicator — solid white when ready and blinking while suction is active or being held
Do a Test Run
Block the open end with your palm and press power. Confirm the display shows 00 and the rainbow indicator is solid white. Press and hold the top suction control to test suction, then double-click it to release pressure.
Step-by-Step Usage Guide
- You may optionally trim or shave pubic hair at the base of the penis — this can help the silicone seal sit flush against the skin for a better airtight seal, but is not required.
- You may apply a warm towel to the area for 1–2 minutes to increase blood flow before starting.
- Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant around the rim and silicone gasket of the cylinder's open end.
- You can also apply lubricant directly to the penis before inserting.
- Do not use oil-based or silicone-based lubricant — these degrade silicone components over time.

- If you plan to use a constriction ring afterward, load it onto the cylinder now before inserting your penis.
- Stretch the ring over the open end of the tube so it sits near the base of the cylinder.
- Insert your flaccid or semi-erect penis fully into the cylinder.
- Center the cylinder, then press the open end firmly and evenly against your body. The silicone gasket must sit flush against the pubic area to create a complete, gap-free seal.
- Keep the cylinder pressed securely against your body throughout pumping. Even slight lifting or tilting can break the seal, change placement, and cause pressure to drop.
- If suction decreases, pause and reposition the cylinder. Reapply water-based lubricant if needed, then press firmly against the body again before continuing.
- Press the power button. The display should show 00, and the rainbow indicator above it should be solid white.
- Press and hold the top suction control button to activate suction. The rainbow indicator will begin blinking.
- Release the top button when you reach a comfortable pressure. The device will hold that suction level while the indicator continues blinking.
- The + and − buttons cycle through preset pressure levels; for the most control, set your starting pressure with the top suction button.
- To start automatic pumping at your chosen level, single-click the top suction control button. The rainbow indicator will keep blinking while the device inhales and exhales at your set pressure.
- To increase pressure beyond your set level, press +. Then press and hold the top suction control button again, releasing it when you reach the new pressure you want to hold.
- Hold at a comfortable level for 3–5 minutes per session. It should feel like a firm, even pulling pressure. It should never hurt.
If you feel sharp pain, tingling, or numbness, immediately double-click the top suction control button or press the power button to release pressure.
- To release pressure, either double-click the top suction control button or press the power button.
- Wait until pressure is fully released, then gently remove the cylinder.
Never pull the cylinder away without releasing the vacuum first. Doing so can cause bruising or vascular injury.
- Before removing the cylinder, slide the pre-loaded ring off the cylinder base onto the base of the penis.
- Then release pressure and remove the cylinder.
- The ring helps maintain erection by slowing blood outflow.
Remove the constriction ring within 30 minutes. Never sleep with it on.
Recommended Usage Schedule
| Goal | Sessions per Week | Duration per Session |
|---|---|---|
| Erectile dysfunction support | 5–7 days | 10–15 min |
| Post-surgery rehabilitation | Daily (as directed by doctor) | 10 min |
| General sexual wellness | 3–4 days | 5–10 min |
| Pre-intercourse use | As needed | 5–10 min |
Tip for beginners: Start with just 5 minutes at low pressure for the first week. Gradually increase duration and pressure as your body adapts.
Charging & Battery
- Charge via USB before first use and whenever suction feels weaker than usual.
- A full charge typically lasts multiple sessions.
- Store with some charge remaining — avoid storing fully depleted.
- Do not use while charging.
Cleaning After Every Use
- Disconnect the pump unit from the cylinder.
- Wash the cylinder, seal, and rings with warm water and mild antibacterial soap. Fill the cylinder partway with soapy water, cover both ends, and shake gently — then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Wipe the electric pump unit with a damp cloth only — never submerge it in water.
- Rinse all non-electric parts thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing.
- Store in a clean, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat.
